It makes me think of that huge dinosaur fish thing that Maddox loved to stare at in the dinosaur museum. :) Sorry, I'm sure you wanted something more profound than that.
Small eyes. It must rely on sonar to catch it's prey. I'm also guessing it's a very small shark. If it were large it would have a hard time swimming around with the over-sized head. So it probably feeds on guppies and the like.

Nope. Those are your thoughts. And they are good thoughts. I'm pretty sure that this picture is what the dinosaur fish looked like.
Or it could be Maddox in his shark towel!
