It's superiourism. (I may have made that word up). I think people don't like bad stuff happening to them and the only way they know how to react is in kind. Eye for an eye type stuff.
Peace and peaceful resistance is powerful. Just look at India and Gandhi. Look at Norway. It's moving and powerful and important.

And they didn't need to bomb another country to feel better. Makes me wonder why we couldn't do the same.
